Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
LVBEAUTÉ cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be resent.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you with the courier’s investigation.
